At KB Pressure Washing, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to providing our customers with long-lasting results. That's why we offer a 1-Year Clean Warranty on our soft washing and pressure washing services.

Warranty Coverage:

For a period of 12 months from the date of service, we guarantee that the surfaces we clean will remain free from the following:

Organic Growth: Mold, mildew, algae, and lichen stains will not return to treated areas.
Premature Staining: Surfaces will remain cleaner for longer, with no excessive dirt or grime buildup due to improper cleaning.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

Coverage applies only to surfaces that were professionally cleaned and treated by KB Pressure Washing.
Environmental factors beyond our control are excluded from this warranty, including but not limited to:
- Excessive shade, water pooling, or irrigation issues that promote organic growth.
- Heavy storm debris, flooding, or other extreme weather conditions.
- Chemical spills, rust stains, or damage from misuse.
Warranty applies to residential and commercial properties within our standard service area.
If organic growth returns within the warranty period, we will provide a complimentary spot treatment to affected areas.
Warranty does not cover areas not cleaned by KB Pressure Washing during the original service.
Clients must maintain surfaces properly (e.g., regular rinsing, avoiding excessive buildup of debris).

How to Claim Your Warranty:
